Meet Teddy Roosevelt at Central Park from 10-4 June 29.

Celebrate the 100th Anniversary of our National Parks with Teddy Roosevelt!

President Roosevelt will set up with his tent from 10 am to 4 pm in Central Park. Come meet him and ask questions about his camp, being President, his life and family.

Followed by Teddy Roosevelt Live! on stage at 7 pm. 
Booker opens at 6:30 this Books & Stars program begins at 7 pm.

Way Park is along the south side of St. Olaf Avenue at Manitou Street.
In case of inclement weather we move to the Oddfellow's Pavilion.  Call the library 507-645-6606 if you are wondering about the location.  Oddfellow's  Park is on the south side of Forest Avenue near Madison Street/ Lincoln St.

The library's Kathy Ness and Northfield Schools-Community Services' Melissa Bernhard are busy setting up this summer's Books & Stars  It's our Wednesday evening entertainment series.

Booker, the Book Bus opens at 6:30 the shows begin at 7 pm

The first 2016 Books & Stars of the summer will feature JUSTIN ROBERTS!

Justin will be performing at Central Park 7 pm on June 15th.  In case of inclement weather we move to Odd Fellow's Park.  His program is made possible by the Friends & Foundation of the Library.

right next to Three Links Care Center!  

It's THE EELPOUT STRINGERS at Central Park Wednesday Aug. 12 at 7 pm

They are Minnesota-based bunch of old-fogies that delight in playing turn-of-the-century (1800’s) “old-time” or “square dance” music (think “Oh Brother, Where Art Thou?”). They also sing beautiful ballads and historic Civil War-era songs. But mostly, they make sure listening folks young, old and in-between are having a good time.

“The Minnesota-based Eelpout Stringers are a bunch of old-fogies playin’ traditional Americana music.”

The show begins at 7 Booker opens at 6:30 for library material checkout/return.
